Blossom
Blossom LGBT is a UK charity dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA+ young adults aged 16–30 by tackling the barriers of discrimination, poverty and social disadvantage. Through mentoring, employability programmes, education, advocacy and community initiatives, Blossom helps young people build confidence, develop skills and create brighter futures. ProudHR is proud to support Blossom's mission to ensure every LGBTQIA+ young person has the opportunity to thrive, both personally and professionally.

Switchboard
Switchboard LGBT+ is the UK's national LGBTQIA+ support line, providing a free, confidential listening service for anyone, anywhere in the country, at any point in their journey. Staffed by trained volunteers from the LGBTQIA+ community, Switchboard offers support via phone, email and instant messaging, creating a safe space for people to talk openly about sexuality, gender identity, relationships, wellbeing and more. ProudHR is honoured to support an organisation that has been helping LGBTQIA+ people feel heard, understood and connected for over 50 years.
